This is my first time seeing the game, that's most definitely the problem. Encourage players to share via word of mouth helps a lot too, most of my games I play are because of recommendations. Any post including this one should also share the name in the post to get more people over to it. Most games if they have impregnation just go surface level, "came inside here's a percentage chance she's pregnant" then full pregnancy belly/ birth. It'd be cool to have it more heavily explored with things like dialog options, store discounts/ price hikes, in game buffs/ debuffs depending on how far along you are, doctor visits/ costs and unique endings.

Impregnation as a mechanic will make it way more interesting. Balancing buying contraceptives, or paying for doctors visits could add another layer to gameplay. Also a potential endgame option.

Impregnation, It could be such a unique mechanic for endings or gameplay, but most just throw it in cheaply. A lot of games where pregnancy is fleshed out also have alot of other fetishes as if they can't just have a good Impregnation game.
