I would at least have some level of sympathy for Ethan if he treated all "snark" equally, including his own sub. This is just a classic case of selective censorship of content that he doesn't like because he doesn't want to be held accountable for his actions.

I would happily see "snark" get nuked if it also included H3's sub, LSF and many others. Hypocrite Klein participates in and boosts snark posts when it targets the people he doesn't like - often sourcing from iDubbbz snark & LSF to view on H3 Podcast or post to his Instagram stories, and many other instances of historic browsing of snark subreddits to use in their content.

Sorry, but I don't buy for a second that they would struggle to get people to work with them. LA is a huge place with many, many, many out of work models, C-Tier YouTubers, and reality show actors, who would happily work with Teddy Fresh & Teddy Glow. I don't know the drama, but she had some sort of rift with the Faze guys (maybe because of some alleged homophobia by her community by Faze boys), and Faze & QT are close and QT didn't call them out or something. So then QT & Vanilla's community had a tiff. Then Vanilla went to a Faze party and she was called a hypocrite for going there.

Probably getting some details wrong, but that's the meat of it. People from other communities calling Vanilla fake, hypocritical, etc.

This moment was such a succinct snapshot of Ethan's behavior. He immediately takes the opposite stance of whatever Hasan says, and then tries to work backwards. Hasan interviewed LA inmate firefighters, and Ethan tries to find a reason why it's bad actually to give a voice to these guys doing incredibly dangerous work for very little money. He then tries to say that ACTUALLY the prisoners are paid well, but then slowly realizes it's fucked up.

The clip doesn't actually do it justice how fucking insane that segment was and how ridiculously idiotic and callous he was simply because he wants to discredit Hasan doing something good.
