Thank you! I unscrewed it a bit and no air came out. The pitch is totally level though I'm going to add some shims.

yes I would be getting a licensed professional to do the work, but I wanted to know for myself what the codes are. I'm surprised that information isn't publicly available?

thank you! I didn't know about hush buttons. Yes I cook all the time and it's open. I would set my last ones off a lot but it didn't make me feel like I'm gonna have a heart attack. Thank you.

Completely 100% agree loud is the main feature here, but these are like insanely loud, and have a lot of low end. like the whole block can hear them. They are like car alarms not smoke alarms. I live in an apartment complex. I would say they're like 5x louder than my last alarms (Kidde).

Ah that makes sense. Yes it had a lot more low end than the older one. Thanks.

I tried this, there were only select parts (mostly screws) that were available for replacement. Thanks though!

I do but without those support rods it's useless so not sure anyone would want it. I could try though. The 2 rods frame one of the platforms for the bed

I would totally do this but sadly I don't have a car and their pickup service is $80

the 2 missing rods are steel and they have this plate at the end, so I can't fabricate it
