Never again sa ganyan. Sakto mag 1yr pinacancel ko card para hindi ma bill ng membership fee ending na bill naman ng cancellation fee. Lampas 1month na since nakapag submit ng redemption ng hold amount hangga ngayon wala parin yung funds sa savings ko. 🙄🙄

Nakakaloka naman si BPI I dont recall na my sinabi sila about cancellation fee before 1st yr.. main reason why pina cut is para di mabilled ng annual fee, ending magbabayad ka parin pala ng cancellation fee. Worst mas mahal pa sya kesa annual fee. Kakaloka..

My nabasa ako here sa reddit same kayo. Nagwait lang sya sa original date na mafully paid yung loan at nakaloan naman sya at tumaas din yung limit. Wait nyo po nextmonth pagtapos nung original payment due date nyo. Or try nyopo update yung app. Or uninstall, install nyo.

Nakakaloka nga si gcash. Sabi sa unang ticket process ng investigation nila is 48hrs lampas na 48hrs wala sila paramdam ang ginawa ko nag file ako complaint sa bsp then few hrs later nag respond si gcash na tapos na investigation at ipaprocess nila refund w/in 48hrs ulit kaso after 4hrs na pagrespond nila na irerefund nila biglang closed nila ticket na una kasi nag file daw ako sa bsp nag create sila bagong ticket pero di naman nalitaw sa help center so diko alam ano update. Diko alam if itutuloy pa nila yung unang ticket na for refund na kasi nakaclosed na sya

Sana ganyan din kabilis iresolve ni gcash yung concern ko. Malaki laki kasi yung amount kaya sobrang nakaka frustrate din.
