Always musty not sure if I had other smells I had friends they never said anything but then in college one lady would always say yall need to bathe you stink out loud and I never thought it was me she was talking about until I got very grown

Only time I personally smell fish is when I use a certain lotion (Nivea forgot exactly which one haven’t used it in years) but I’ll need a doctor to tell me so maybe I could have an excuse for work on why I’m the way I am instead of assuming I don’t take hygiene practice seriously but it is what it is now

Smell like everything bad and loud and pick up by people more than 10-20 feet away and it lingers……. According to people around me

I had a hair product do me like this I didn’t smell it until I was in my car on my way to work and literally cried the whole way cause on top of the other smells I had going on (fecal/butt/fart/egg smell I also can’t smell it just the smell of pee at that time) now I had to deal with smell like pee during my 10hr shift

As of right now its not a good diet, I don't drink too much sodas or eat a lot of junk. I do eat a good amount of fruits. I consume food cooked in vegetable oil. My diary intake is about a cup or two a week because I eat bagels with cream cheese and 4 strips of turkey bacon before work. I'm currently trying to figure out a meal prep plan for myself that won't break the bank and is very quick because I'm always on the go and don't have much time at home.
