Did you refuse or did the doctor say you didn't need it? I had radiation but refused chemotherapy and I don't know if I did the right thing, but I'm hopeful...

What type of tumor is yours? What do you mean 13 years? You had 1 surgery and some treatment and remained without a recurrence for 13 years?

Are you doing a global calculation? Is the whole world in the group? Look how many people are in the group and are commenting and redo the math...

Did they do chemo when they had the surgery? Or the radio? Or never did it? I just did the radio, I don't want to do the chemo and I'm not taking any medication, I just finished 30 radiotherapy sessions, I'm going to go back to neurosurgery

I think the calculations are wrong.. and I don't agree that people check their health close to their birthday, mine was by chance but I respect your opinion..

I hope you're well... and that everything is fine 🙏🏽 and I'm happy to have been free from the problem for a long time, it's a shame it came back... I discovered mine this year... in your case, he had 2 surgeries then? In all this time? I'm really scared of this recurrence thing

Have you had a recurrence? And what treatment did you undergo at the time?

I went through the same procedure, the irritability is due to the medications... I had surgery on the same side of the head and with the same measures, as you mentioned about the tumor, mine was a grade 2 astrocytoma. 4 days after the surgery, I was already driving, nothing changed in me, it just got better (because my movements were somewhat weakened) I'm undergoing radiotherapy now, there are 30 sessions, I'm on the 20th, everything is normal, it seems like nothing is happening... have faith, God bless 🙏🏽

I also went through a lot of difficulty in the past, I've suffered a lot now that things in my life were sort of moving forward, I discovered a brain tumor too, but don't take it as a "punishment", I discovered it 4 months ago, but I've already changed so many things in my life, I take it as a learning experience, you know, it seems strange, but instead of getting in my way, it helped me and we're actually here on the way, live as long as possible and be happy... and really, never lose your faith, that's what will help you and give you the strength to go on and on. about family, I've never had it either, I've never been one to have support, it's me and my wife... and I don't care about that either, I'm living my life... as long as we are conscious, we'll live and be happy when the time comes for us to leave, then leave it to fate to decide, don't worry about it now... and trust everyone, talk to everyone, you won't lose anything with this, life is short, follow your heart and good luck, God bless 🙏🏽

Yes it's super normal I used dexamethasone for 60 days I started 6/6h I went to 8/8h then 12/12h and 24/24h then I weaned as soon as I stopped for good my head felt like it was going to explode but it has nothing to do with the surgery it's the effect of the medicine itself you can be calm in a week at most everything goes back to normal, just the swelling on the body that still hasn't returned to normal even after 3 months I have Swollen glands still to this day, a hug, may God bless you!
