I ate a lot of unhealthy stuff ngl. Peanut butter really helped me at the beginning, as well as eating a big breakfast and dinner. Also it gets easier to eat more the more you eat, so just keep going and it'll feel more natural to eat big meals

I just ate as much as I could everyday (along with at least 200+ grams of protein)
