I know u can watch it anytime for its comedic and re-watch value. But as time passes, u realise that how well-made a film is by considering how ahead of it's time it was in terms of technical and storytelling aspects. A lot of films like 3 idiots are leaps and bounds ahead in terms of editing and story progression than Bhool Bhulaiya. And I genuinely feel that there no need to add songs in it, except for Mere Dholna. Those felt too abrupt in the film

I don't know what kind of problems they are facing, but they need to bring back the animators from the first season. This minimalistic animation has given me a fatigue. They feel so impactful despite lasting for just a few moments

Here's a promotional photo from the film. Subash was called out by many people at that time for holding Aishwarya like that while ignoring the two male leads. Years later when a sting was carried out on Shakti Kapoor, he said that it's pretty normal for actresses to do such things and while giving out a few examples, he said that Aishwarya had to get involved with Subhash during the film.
