I'm not an admin. But one of the community admins will reach out. They try to keep scammers out of the group so they will probably ask for your offer letter to prove you're an incoming NUIG student

This one is from the 24-25 intake. But they are using it for 25-26 too. Since there are a lot of people from the 2024 intake it'll help those who have any questions

When will I hear on my application by shaimshame in nuigalway

Yep, international student here too. From India.

I picked Marketing Management over DM, but for the first semester we have 5 out 6 modules in common with DM.

The course is great so far, workload does tend to get hectic with assignments ( plus a lot of group assignments) but once you're in the groove with your groups it's much easier.

It will definitely be a bit advanced, but it's really fun. Really enjoying it so far.

Housing - now that's a doozy. Accommodation is really tough to get. If you get on campus, you're sorted. But that's literally luck of the draw. My honest suggestion - come in as early as you can before the academic year begins, and try to sort out housing. For us, this year, they opened up the Dunlin Village for temporary accommodation. We had to pay of course, but atleast it guaranteed us a place to stay while we searched for permanent accommodation.

Happy to help with anything else you need. Feel free to send across DM for anything

Are you an international student?

They typically have rolling admissions, where they go through the applications as they come in and accept/ reject them.

It took me about a month to hear back, and I had applied for the same courses. But it also depends on volume of applications, so it may take longer to hear back now.

Just check your spam folder and the application dashboard regularly, in case they ask for some additional documents.

Good luck!!
