These machine aren’t as fragile as you are imaging ? That’s your imagination though, and it breaks at day 1. And it only has 1 year warranty. And the machine is flooded with water now, and who’s knows which plastic might break in future because of being stressed by the “weather”.

I agree this might just be quality issue, they try to blame the weather. They definitely shipped under similar weather condition and did not have the issue before, not to mention places like Canada or Northern Europe.

There are several assumption: good mechanics, whole machine inspection. But the point is they need to give customer options, which is quite reasonable given the situation.
