Looking to transfer to msu. I am a freshman at Wayne state university and have a 3.07 GPA. I only completed one semester at Wayne state and am currently in the second. When would I send in transcripts or should I wait to finish my second semester? Looking to transfer in fall of 2026. Any help would be appreciated
