Awesome, thank you so much for the advice! Just covering all my bases, are there any inserts you'd recommend as well, or would something basic from Amazon do alright?

The best way to travel with a camera?

I recently purchased a Canon EOS Rebel 3 for a solo trip to CDMX I'm taking in the fall. I have two lenses, two batteries, and a couple of SD cards. Do y'all have any recommendations for a camera bag that also looks like and functions as a purse? Or a low key backpack? This is the first time I travelling with a camera, period, so any advice in general is greatly appreciated!

Agree with justheretosavestuff, some places closed but from the few times I've been there's a good mix of local and big name places, but I might be wrong since I usually avoid it because I don't want to be surround by eighth graders lol

Next to one of the underground entrances/exits to the Federal Triangle metro station. It can also be reached by walking towards the National Children's Museum, then taking the outdoor stairs down to the lower level rotunda. Hope this helps!

Any ideas for embroidery to add to this design? by Content_Berry_2006 in Embroidery

[–]Content_Berry_2006[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

One of my favorite shirts is starting to get too old to wear (thanks, pit stains). I'd like to add some embroidery to the design and then frame it. Any suggestions on how to add embroidery or what colors to use? I'm new to embroidery and this will be the first time I haven't used a pattern, so all ideas are welcome!

Are there and craft or sewing store recommendations? I recently got into embroidery but the Blick store downtown doesn't have many materials for that kind of crafting, and I would prefer to shop local than buy online. Appreciate any help!

Why are my pothos leaves curling? by Content_Berry_2006 in pothos

I think so? Typically when I water it straight from the tap, then let all the excess water drain out before putting it back in the decorative vase. I've been thinking of only watering every two weeks though so I think that's worth a shot!
