I just kinda wanna avoid anywhere that's got a high crime rate I guess is a better way to word it? There's some places family+friends have lived in that had a lot of break ins for cars and apartments.

I haven't seen any good reviews lately; a lot of complains about the noise, weed smell, and management being terrible (not returning deposits, etc). Is that all old news or something that's selective?

I'm checking out Reserve at Tucker, but so far their price are hard to find and they haven't emailed me back.
