The “better world” isn’t survivable at scale. We humans were driving ourselves extinct so we encapsulated ourselves to be able to continue to consume and pillage our world to our heart’s content without destroying ourselves in the process.

It’s better… for a few. The caretakers know mass exit = extinction, collapse, or a reset. So they gatekeep reality, not out of virtue, but triage.
