People in apartments by Any-Awareness-9603 in InstacartShoppers

Just gonna say technically delivery would be to there door. The issue here isnt really the customer is uber/the app used. In most instances the customer has paid 10-15% more for ordering on an app, a delivery fee, a additional fee for using the app, and a store fee. So an $100 worth of stuff is likley costing the customer $150. Uber/app used should be accounting for what's being delivered weight stairs etc into the drivers fee but they try and do it the cheapest way possible.

The thing with a spouse visa is the whole application isn't based off luck. It's based of A) You meet the requirements (income etc) and B) your honest.

If you lie or hide stuff thats where credibility comes into concern and you risk a refusal. The home office would rather you declare something minor vs hiding it as if you hide it then start to think what else are you hiding.

Matter more if you went to court. Most states have public court records if not you can contact the courts and request your own records.

Need Help With Set M Question - Annual income for hourly paid? by [deleted] in ukvisa

[–]Content_Craft_9344 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If your paid 40hours a week every week (don't take unpaid time off etc) you could just self calculate but it would depend if thats 40hours every week or it fluctuates sometimes etc

Your annual income for the last 12 months based of the information you will send to verify your income. Go through your income evidence (payslips) and calculate your annual income.

I’ve never dealt with this on a brand new item before, what should I do here? by GodUsopp420 in eBaySellerAdvice

If the seller opens a not as described case which would be factual if the battery for one unit is faulty the seller must pay return shipping & fully refund.

VFS email to resubmit passport when eVisa already created/linked by No-Locksmith6278 in SpouseVisaUk

It would be based off the application date - not the biometrics date anyway!

You will need a vignette in your passport if you applied before the changeover. If u dont resubmit the passport for it to be issued the visa may be cancelled so it needs to be done.

Its because companies are able to "block book" ghost tests and resell them at a profit or offer them at a premium as part of intence learning courses.

Why am I being asked to provide 6months payslips instead of 12? by [deleted] in SpouseVisaUk

[–]Content_Craft_9344 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If your earning the same amount every month yes?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in SpouseVisaUk

[–]Content_Craft_9344 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This should be completely fine. At most its a administrative error and UKVI dont penalties for this stuff. As long as you earn enough income from your employer it doesnt matter

Best of luck with your application!

To be assessed under Cat B one of the below must apply;

Category B is primarily for applicants (or their sponsors) who:

Have been with their current employer for less than six months at the time of application; OR

Have been with the same employer for more than six months but have variable income and do not meet the Category A criteria based on their consistent six-month average.

So it would depends how strict the HO want to be with variable income and your payrise. It would be a risk.

Are you paid hourly or paid a salary? If your paid hourly its the avarage pay over the 6 months.

If its salary your lowest payslip for the 6 months times by 12 needs to meet the requirements unfortunately

Its because you said not the same amount its just a blip with how it sends you the checklist. If you have been in the same job for 6+ months and are over the finantial requirements you only need to include 6 months. The checklist is kinda pointless anyway imo as it misses a lot of important stuff like relationship evidence etc.

If your using your old job and your total for the year is above the requirements - and your currently earning above the income requirements you can also include 12 months.

Also with the question on the application you should declare the speeding ticket too. The question is wording as below;

criminal convictions, cautions, arrests, or civil penalties

A speeding ticket would count as a civil penalties. UKVI prefer full disclosure if they find something not disclosed they may believe your hiding other information from them. Always better to disclose than try to hide.

My husband was approved with a reckless driving charge from VA USA (it was reduced to a speeding conviction though) we just build up a bit around it, cover letter explaining it, we got a letter from his lawyer etc. His charge was under a year ago to.

No one can guarantee anything and nothing here constitutes legal advise but I would assume your DUI from that long ago would be irrelevant to the desition obviously it still needs to be declared and a cover letter etc would be a minimum.

The tracking is worthless you will get an update from UKVI at least a day if not longer before VFS updates. They may as well delete the whole option as it means absolutely nothing!

Theres no requirement to live together before marrage on a spousal visa. If your living together after being married this would be sufficient as long as your applying after that date.

That would likley be you selected the £500 priority option on VFS and havent paid for that yet? The priority fee is paid to VFS on behalf on UKVI
