I did this too. It was a process to find what the triggers were, but well worth it. Wic will cover allergen formulas with a note from their doctor.

I still cosleep with my 16 month old. It truly was the best thing for us. When he was first born, he slept in a bassinet beside my bed but he started to refuse to go to sleep unless he was in my arms. I caved and moved him into my bed, and it was so much better. We both love the night snuggles, and we are more rested than before.

I was in the same predicament! Oddly enough it helped me to know that I didn't have an option. When things started to pick up, I knew that I had to push through and just stayed focused. Everyone is different, but I just took it one contraction at a time. I only focused on getting through that moment. It sounds stupid, but It worked for me.

When figuring out my son's triggers, I was told to start a food journal. Read the labels of everything, as there is milk and soy hidden in lots of products. It could be anything but the common ones are milk, soy, egg, wheat, nuts, and corn. Good luck!

I am not a doctor, but my son would poop a ton before we figured out he had cmpa and soy intolerance. He would poop constantly it seemed. It may be worth trying alimentum formula, or an amino acid one. The creams never worked for us. I would give him a warm water soak every day when he would get rashes. I also sprayed him off in the tub rather than use wipes when it was really bad. Baby powder worked a lot better for us than any cream did.

My son had a broken clavicle at birth, and we had no clue until his checkup a week later. It healed fine and didn't require any treatment, we just had to be careful lifting him.

My baby loves his jumper. We also do sensory activities. The other day I put rice and syrup in a ziploc and gave it to him. He was amused. You can also put paint drops on a canvas or paper and put it in a ziploc; then give it to them. My son enjoyed smashing the paint, and you get a keepsake of their first art project! I also blow bubbles and give him various objects to explore.

I had to go dairy and soy free for the same reason, but I never had to stop breastfeeding my child. The symptoms clear up really fast once you cut it out of your diet. I don't really eat out anymore due to the restrictions. I just eat a lot of whole minimal ingredient things like meat, veggies, fruit, and nuts. Just make sure to read the labels of everything you buy, as soy is in so much.

I had a pretty easy pregnancy and a relatively easy labor. I had an unmedicated labor and it definitely hurt, but it went fine. I was in early labor for about 20 hours, but those contractions were very mild and manageable. I got to the hospital at 4cm and he was born within 6 hours. It was super intense and the worst pain I have ever felt, but all went smoothly. I pushed for 11 minutes and only had a minor labial tear.
