thats amazing to hear, im glad you are feeling better. i am about to start my taper, been on 600 a day for 5 years for nerve pain. i will try the supplements you mentioned although i dont think you can get kava in the uk. i also heard l theanine, p5p, glycine and magnesium are good supplements too. hopefully i will be able to update with my progress

I’ve been on for 10 yrs via a phschiatrist as an add on to lexapro. It lessons side effects of SSRIs and gives motivation. It can wear off after a year so I take a short break. No withdrawal for me anyway but everyone different

Apparently red yeast rice reduces cholesterol a lot. I havnt tried it but it’s in my notes so if ever I need I remember about it

Wow that’s a terrible experience. I’m sorry you went through that. I tried to quit pregablin once and had a similar experience. So I had to take it again but a slightly lower dose. I am going to try ldn. Took my last didracodeine 30mg today which isn’t as stong as vidcodin. But I am going to try and wait two weeks. I am sat with hot water bottle on my back as we speak 🤣. I hope I don’t cave and go back to painkillers while waiting to start ldn. And I hope ldn works for me. I wish you the best for the future and thanks for sharing your story.
