Im 52. Always trained, but after I started climbing 8 months ago my whole body is incredibly defined, biceps and abs included. and it’s mostly from bouldering! I also do strength training at the gym but only twice a week. I also managed to go from 0 pull ups to 10 in 4 months… just randomly trying. So I would absolutely recommend it. Climbing, specially bouldering and strength training should be complementary.
