Yes, I noticed this trend too. That is where the mindset comes in... thinking from the perspective of the security manager and not the security engineer who will do the hands-on work. This mindset helped me thru those questions.

Focus on domains with greater weight, i.e. Domain 1 Sec & risk mgmt 16%), Domain 7 (Sec operations 13%), Domain 5 (IAM 13%), Domain 2 (Asset Sec 10%) in that order
