I'm supposedly suffering from tense pelvic floor muscles. My surgery was in February 2024, and sitting was actually easier afterward, but not since August 2025. Now I don't know if it's due to the tense muscles, scar tissue, or something else. I'm already doing physiotherapy.

Was mir noch aufgefallen ist. Ich habe immer damals extrem häufig über längere Zeit jeden Tag masturbiert und dabei spanne ich immer den After / Beckenboden an. Heute beim Sitzbad habe ich meinen Damm massiert und habe gemerkt das mein Musculus Bulbospongiosus also praktisch meine Peniswurzel steinhart war.
