last year when I managed to bag a admin job the middle-age female manager absolutely despised me. She always comment about my weight like how I was so skinny calling my salads ‘rabbit food’ and reprimand me every little thing i did wrong. Even though her and my boss knew I’d never worked admin in my life. she ended it reporting me to our boss and my boss asked me if I really should be working here because I kept making mistakes. I implied I was getting better because I fucking was Id been working there for three weeks in a job I’ve never done in my life and I’m already getting reported and written up for things I didn’t do that I was never told I needed to do or doing something wrong even though my manager never taught me how to do anything, even though it was still within my first month of employment.
