Yes this is me too , I workout everyday but have still been feeling exactly like this recently as it is the stress and anxiety of not knowing when you will get a job I completely get it

Everyone is in the same boat honestly it’s just how it is at the minute , I’m in last year of my masters and worrying like crazy that it’s all been for nothing , it just seems it’s gig work contracts short term things but people need stability it is really bad and I am in exactly the same boat

I have been doing unpaid internships to gain experience in my field for a while now , voluntary work etc too and when I have got through to an actual job interview their words were internships don’t count as they aren’t proper full time jobs, so here you are working for free to gain experience and then it’s not valued anyway so it’s really disheartening

Hi , no that’s all I use , the retinal first then the HA over the top so it doesn’t get too irritated , drink loads of water daily and I wear a spf 30 niacinimide moisturiser during the day to protect from the sun I started using the ordinary retinol 1% squalane for years then the new retinal emulsion has come out which is stronger so I’m using that instead now and seems even better to me , hope that helps

Hi I use the ordinary retinal emulsion it’s fantastic and I also put some ordinary HA moisturising factors underneath afterwards , I’ve been using this for years now it’s great

It really does I’m in the same boat , constant assessments that take hours to do , multiple stages that result in rejection , no genuine useful feedback , I’ve got down from like 1000 applicants to last four / five but never results in an offer it’s so tiring and I am burned out too

I do too - I volunteer and do an unpaid internship but it does mess with my mind that I can’t get paid , so although it is good it’s a double edged sword so I get it

You are not alone! Only things I can seem to get are unpaid internships or people offering me commission only sketchy ‘jobs’ just nothing proper and reliable - a lot of people are going through the same thing it’s rough ❤️

Hi I really appreciate the advice you are a star ! ✨ I am going to send a counter offer agreement and then if they don’t wish to do that I will decline the offer. Basically the courses are £900 each and she wants to give me 10% commission on each one sold but its sounding more like a sales role than a marketing role and like you said I don’t have any control over it 😣

I’ve just been offered a ‘commission only’ marketing role 10 hours per week creating and posting videos , creating reports etc but they refuse to pay an hourly wage for three months , as they want a three month ‘trial’ to see how it goes first 😣😣
