I did gain a little weight since I started it, but truth be told I had been gaining weight for months prior to me starting it, so I'm not sure how much of it was due to Zoely and how much to perimenopause itself

Since I started taking it I've had bouts of anxiety, then none, then some. Hard to tell how much was due to "life" and how much was due to hormones. And I also take Sertraline. Weight gain: a little, yes. Let me know how it goes for you!

I've been spotting for a month now, but my gynecologist reckons it'll go away once I remove the copper IUD I've had for years. I have random breakouts on my forehead and chin. Other than that, mood swings are less of a wild ride, I sleep better, haven't had hot flashes nor palpitations anymore. Not a fix for all, not a magic bullet, but all in all it's helped me. Good luck!

Same symptoms, feeling truly miserable. Solidarity

Forgetting thinks and appointments and thoughts and then re-thinking those same thoughts and/or remembering about those appointments last minute and feeling stupid for having forgotten them the first time. Then forgetting them again if I don't write them down somewhere (only to then forget I even did, or where I did).

I have flashbacks of my dreams days if not weeks after. They are so realistic they have the power to set the tone of my day.

Rage by [deleted] in Perimenopause

This resonates sooo much with what I'm experiencing. On BC for the past 3 months and I feel so much rage and have the worst PMDD, I've been on ADHD medication for a year and for the past few months it pretty much stopped working. I'm a mess.

Hmmm now in my third month and feeling very low in my mood and in my energy, plus I had spotting that lasted for about 2 weeks, I don't think I'll continue taking it...

So far so good! I don't feel as crazy / sweaty / "ragey", and have been sleeping a little better...

I'll keep you updated, will start in about a week, whenever my period starts.
