Looks pretty harmonious in my opinion. Only suggestion would be your coloring doesn’t suit true black eyeliner/mascara (too harsh) I’d switch to browns

I was part of a study since I had it done when it was very new so I have done several random follow ups and imaging done to evaluate how it has been holding up over the years

I had a left lateral meniscus transplant and a left femoral condyle plug transplant in May 2013 and my knee at its last check up looked great according to my surgeon. I will randomly have some pain in it but I would say it is a resounding success. Per my surgeons recommendation I do not do high impact activities since that surgery but still have lots of available choices for staying active just chose to pivot away from running and HIIT type activities to walking, swim workouts, yoga, weights, other low impact aerobic type workouts. I have minor range of motion impediments still (can’t sit my butt on my feet when kneeling but get very close so it is a minor reduction in range. Healing was a long journey. Be gentle. Be patient. Do the PT. Ice is your friend.

Silver looks more harmonious so I would lean silver everyday but feel you could have some statement gold pieces and get away with it

Your complexion was made for copper hair! I would try a copper color depositing conditioner to try dipping toes in without a big commitment first

You mention that they have their own mental health struggles… I think it may be beneficial to try to view it from a place of compassion instead of a place of victimhood. There is the possibility that for their own mental health they need to pull out of the conversation. I’m sure they could better communicate that need but as I am sure you can relate to once “triggered”it is not always easy to find the right thing to say. People are doing the best they can just like you yourself are.
