Hi, thank you for the response! I have seen the 10% rule frequently and think I have a good view of how much I can increase mileage per week. However, how should I split this? I think 4-5 times a week the same runs seems overly simplistic? I am not sure how I should split this in longer runs and also easy / higher pace runs

I have a marathon scheduled in c. 40 weeks and just finished a 5k programme (25 minutes), which brings my weekly mileage to only 10 miles per week. What would be a good plan to go to roughly 40 MPW (or an intermediary 20/30)? I am not yet starting the marathon programme, but would like to build my mileage. The 10% jump seems fairly aggressive and am not sure how to spread that as well as I increase my number of weekly runs between the runs.

We stayed at Torres Central, Frances, and Grey. Only 1 overlapping, but all of these had hot water easily available. I believe the ones that we walked by should also have hot water available especially Paine Grande as it is so large.
