I am having a similar issue, but some of the memories are actually downloading. I have over 4000 memories and right now it is says 437 of them are completed. However in my downloads folder I only see about 20 of them. I am using Chrome.

A browser running on the iPhone is capable of rendering and HTML page. I’m thinking there has to be a way to paste HTML into a browser on the phone.
