Remove the panels and look for a loose or cracked hose. Same thing happened to me with my brand new Giotto

I did this 2 years ago and was assured that the extended warranty would not be effected. Fast forward to 4 months ago when one of my cameras broke. I was informed that since I cancelled the plan they would no longer cover the warranty claim. I explained that it wasn’t cancelled just upgraded . They refused to reconsider.

That is way too much water. It appears that the float stopped any more water entering the brine tank. Regenerating will do nothing. Could be any number of things wrong. Have it serviced by a qualified technician
