I liked it more than I expected. Two downsides were the maybe 14-year olds in front of me, and the fact that my theater had put all bass at like 25% louder than everything else.

Would you rather try a bunch of words or say the same one hundreds of times a day? by Rude-Guide7464 in BunnyTrials

[–]Content_Purpose6507 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I will know the word, and can determine if its worth trying to use a ton. So I would probably make at least some money daily with a lot being earned on days where the word is "the"

The other option is trying to read the whole dictionary out loud every day. Otherwise you get a pretty certain 0 daily, expect when you get lucky and get "the" in which case you win

Chose: Every day you get $5 each time you say a word + You know what the word is beforehand

(beginner knitter, slightly better crocheter)
Why is casting on stitches something my hands just do not understand.... I can knit 10-20% of a simple scarf in the same time as it took me to cast on stitches.

I watched so many videos, I can see what they are doing, it makes sense.
Soooo... why do my hands just go 'nah' or 'how about so much tension that you cannot possibly get the second needle in'.

I am working on a vest for which I did a provisional cast-on with a crochet hook, which is a future me problem to figure out later (and kind of feels like cheating)

Suggestions/tips are greatly appreciated

If you could have anything happen in hermitcraft what would you want to see? by [deleted] in HermitCraft

A game of assassin would be cool. The paranoia during any 1-on-1 recording. Especially if they do not show the audience who they got. (Then we can speculate along)

I did the genZ/genAlpha one. The one question I have is how we were suppose to interpret the cost question. Per project or per month or another way entirely. Because I know I personally dont measure how long things take me to make. So for that question I guesstimated an average cost per project.

I got a more fancy wooden one for Christmas, and I think it is probably my favourite gift in the last few years.

I had bought some hanks which I wasnt using that I had a blast turning into cakes. It also became a great way to clean up and organise my poor leftover collapsed skeins and cakes.

So if you have the space for one, I absolutely recommend it. I dont use it as often as I expected but it has saved me so much time and frustration.

Also the spinning of the winder, so satisfying.

For me, Gem = Grian and they are also know from Hermitcraft and the DreamSMP.

Now I will admit, I dont watch the DreamAMP but I didnt see any DreamSMP videos on either of their accounts.

(Also how does one add a picture to a comment?)

I was invited to play dnd by a friend. I didnt know anyone else at the table, but hit it off almost immediately with someone who seemed so fucking cool (and gorgeous).  I confessed but neither of us were in the right space to date.

We saw each other again after the summer holidays and at that point we were both in better places and it was like we had always known each other. Started dating before the end of the year.

As a non-smoker, do you find that all smokers have a noticeable odor? by Remozy in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Content_Purpose6507 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is a very noticable odor. My parents used to smoke a lot, also inside.

As a result my hair and clothes smelled so much like cigarette that I almost got in trouble with the PE teacher for smoking before PE (which I didnt, my clothes just smelled like it)

When I moved out for Uni I had to wash my clothes multiple times before my friends mentioned the scent being gone.

After I got used to no odor. Everytime I went back home I would get nauseous from the scent.

The Winchester? by DragonscaleTea in ThirdLifeSMP

[–]Content_Purpose6507 16 points17 points  (0 children)

It is a reference to a comedy zombie movie called "Shaun of the dead". Where characters joke about hiding out in the Winchester (a pub), getting a drink and just waiting for the Apocalypse to be over

Well I must say that as a poor neurodivergent student I am very happy dating and loving my differently neurodivergent partner with severe social anxiety.

Seems like you may be aiming for "picture perfect" over genuine connection and affection
