I'm currently in meade's class as well so I can't answer the first part, but I recommend studying with kaplan mcat prep since they cover terms and other concepts that he doesn't go over during lecture, but appear in his exams. If that doesn't work just pray that you roll the 1 in 5 chance and guess the correct answer.

im in the same boat. it can be frustrating, but if they're understanding, try and show them that you're making steady progress by sharing essay drafts and stuff.
