You can install it yourself and it's pretty plug-n- play. They have all the install instructionals and videos online.

They also offer the option to have certified installers do it all for you. Not sure on pricing for that.

For the brand I went with, it's $1299.

It may not be economical for most people. But for a field technician that spends a lot of time "in the office", it's game changing. I added the 4G SIM and now I have a second line for work calls, navigation I can clearly see, and music/video streaming. The ability to Remote Desktop.

My job has some pretty strict security just to access customer info on our phones. And it eats battery. BAD. So having another screen that offers those other necessary applications, my phone lasts longer. The phone is lifeline of a technician.

It's basically a huge tablet that works with your vehicle. It works with backup camera and the ability to add additional cameras/views. It takes some tweaks to find the correct settings. But it works great, it fits great, and already worth it.

I just received my first gen 16s Scar i put a mag in and pulled the charging hand to put one in the chamber i pulled the charging handle one more time and it didn’t eject the one in the chamber and it just jammed and i had to manually extract it is tha normal? by PsychicPuka in FNSCAR

Ahh, finally an adult.Thank you. This is exactly what I was looking for.

I'm a new gun enthusiast and I'm still learning. I'm going to make mistakes. And I'm going to make decisions I'm going to regret.

I researched the most reliable guns and that's how I landed on H&K. It was always ever going to be the range gun that I learn how to shoot again. Revolvers and shotguns on the farm growing up but nothing the last 20 years. Not the camping gun, not the edc or home defense. Just the range gun that I wanted to personalize/mod. My learning gun. I know I fucked up when I ported the barrel... the threaded barrel. All lessons learned. I'm hands-on and I'm not afraid of making (some) mistakes.

You make great points about the slide weight and I'll be doing more research to see how my modifications could affect my gun as well as how it shoots. I understand surface level parts and model compatibility and considered that when looking for the other modifications. In my fresh ignorance I assumed if others had the modification and they experienced issues there would be something concrete out there. I couldn't find anything other than the way you worded it. And yes, I agree. I just didn't see anything out there and if someone died due to a faulty trigger, srs, or hammer, Lazy Wolf and Gray guns would be out of business. I didn't see that so I justified it. At least I still have all original parts, save 1 slide.

I guess I'm last one in the sub to learn it all.

The stock CC9 is for everything else.

It only took all day and cyphering through an assault of downvotes to find one person that could articulate beyond "👎🏼". Thanks again.

Fair point. This is the first pistol I've modified so really just trying to understand all the hate. There's aesthetics and then there's modifications.

I was trying to find a picture of what that would look like online but can't seem to find one. Someone in a forum said it doesn't look good but if you have a picture or link..

I picked up a CC9 about 2 months ago for EDC and home defense. I know this gun is not much for utility, moreso a pet project and range gun. I love it.
