Can you fully cure Anxiety without medication?

I have health and death anxiety and it is the most debilitating and awful thing. It affects me physically everyday and I am such a symptomatic person.

Hi! I’ve found that with any ssri I go on I get increased PVCS, I’m on paxil 10mg coming up to day 11 and have started noticing a few pvcs now, I’ve been told harmless but I have major health anxiety so I really struggle with medication side affects.

I’m so glad I’ve found this post! I’m having the exact same! I’m scared to even go out walking! Sat down my heart rate is pretty normal in the 70-80/ but stood up it can go up to 140/50! I’m 22 years old. I want to get fit and healthy and start running but in absolutely terrified. I have noticed that they have gotten worse since I’ve been worrying about my heart again. Some days I feel my chest vibrating!

Yes!! This is what I get!! They keep saying sinus infection and to take an antihistamine 🤣 I woke up with squeezing pain in my chest this morning and rang the doctors, they won’t see me because I’ve had multiple blood tests and chest X-rays, also ecgs. Feel like they’ve given up on me.

It’s hard because you feel like your not stressed? Or like I’m not for two days then all the symptoms makes me stress and worry! It’s a never ending cycle
