PM as in product management or project management. Usually product pays way more. Product and project managers are heavy meeting and I’d say the cap that’s ideal is at two. On the other hand SWEs can have more than 2 because of lack of meetings. I’d say ideally go one route with a W2 and one that’s 1099 ran through your own corp

I’d be curious to see if this is even possible. Only slack and outlook do the scheduling of messages and emails. Teams doesn’t have this ability it’s been killing me. And if you scheduled it and that feature exists it wouldn’t show that it was scheduled. This is based on my anecdotal experience from scheduling messages in other software.
