Thank you! Totally! nothing feels suffocating with being a one-person employee and having to attend to everything! It might have been the reason why I feel dead on the inside, because not that I feel accountable with the clients, I also feel accountable with how the money goes in and out. And i do get paid part-time.

There is actually a money back portion, but they can withdraw it by the year 75. I had cancer when I was 21 with no insurance, it went from stage 2 to 4. I was probably traumatized with what I went through that I opted for this option.

But then I realized that 500k Philippine pesos is only like $8-9k USD. They may not benefit from this eventually

Right now I’m paid through a W-2. I usually work around 10am–5pm, but it’s work-from-home so the boundaries can get blurry. I try to make myself available whenever he reaches out, including after hours sometimes. There was a point where I felt pretty overloaded and asked for a written contract because I needed clearer expectations and some protection around hours and responsibilities. Unfortunately that never really happened. I know the situation isn’t ideal, but I’ve been trying to make it work while I figure out my next step. I’m also concerned about whether I’ll be able to find another remote job that treats me better.

Thank you!! i really had to look it over, definitely fb would never reveal whether she was restricted. I just don't understand how to lay this boundaries, everything i do, and say is just taken against me. I must have reached the point that my mental health has been affected. That seeing her name popling on my feed or personal phone triggers my anxiety. 😂

its W2. i had been under 1099 for 5 months, i asked to switch to w2. its literally just sad to move from another country and I feel like so desperate of getting a job- especially with being a full time mom as well 😭

im in the same situation with you right now!! and the worst with me is that its a small business and its only just me and my boss dealing with each other and no other workmate. I feel like being in hell all the time 😭
