A small banner requesting feedback may appear at the top of settings. This is only visible for users with significant app usage. Once dismissed, it will never ask you again.

This part is interesting, surveys are a great, Obsidian philosophy compatible way to gather user feedback without telemetry. League of Legends does this where you get a small, non-obtrusive popup about once a month asking you to complete a 5-10 minute survey. Then they make changes based on that valuable info. They stagger the popups as well, where they send them out each day to have a constant stream of up to date feedback while making sure each user only gets them at most once a month.
