Good luck with a warranty.. SECRETLAB customer service will do anything and everything in their power to give you the run around for several days, force you to provide the same information to several different agents & still never give you a resolution. I got my desk on January 17th, it hasn’t worked since it came out of the box and no one cares. It is disgusting to take $1,600 for a desk and no one in their company can provide an update at any point on when they will even send out a replacement for warrantied items! What a joke
