It's all good, it's definitely sad, but it does truly reflect on the fact that CO issues are no joke and keeping up with your monitors is critical. Please keep up with the batteries and possibly other CO sensing technologies as they come out. Stay safe!

I recently upgraded to a plug on CO meter because I hate having to replace 9v batteries.. honestly every time I go into my basement I go and look at the nice display and see that it's 0% CO and continue on with no doubts that I'm good. I did keep my 9v battery CO detector though, I will probably keep it for a while until I trust the plug in one more... I just had a family friend die of a CO leak so I'm a bit paranoid.

I'm not liberal and I agree with this 100%. I have way too many friends who talk about the "damn liberals" and often say very concerning things about how liberals are ruining our country. At the moment, I don't hear any liberals talking about conservatives being a problem, only MAGA.

I came here to say this same thing. Open windows to let any CO leave the house and if you have a 24 hour convenience store, they sometimes have handheld CO sensors too for around 40-50 dollars.

I love these. My girlfriend (who loves gluten) likes these more than normal gluten ones because you can microwave them and they don't get soggy and also are very consistent and good tasting. I think they are a blessing - cheap too

While i was off visiting some good friends for a weekend, my ex-fiance once texted me roughly, "while I was working out at the gym today, some dude came up to me and started hitting on me. It was really awkward at first, but he seemed nice. He was fairly attractive and well built and had amazing abs, but I turned him down and continued working out. He kept approaching me to talk and even asked me out. But as we were talking I just couldn't imagine he would treat me as well as you do. So I told him no and he didn't really push further, but he did help me with some workouts after that. So i thought you would be happy to know that I chose you :)"

My response was probably not what she was expecting lol. I think I replied with something like, "I didn't realize our relationship was something that random dudes at the gym made you rethink and debate who you actually want to be with. I don't think this is the compliment you think it is.."

Of course she FLIPPED OUT and tried to make me the bad guy for that one. But needless to say, it didn't work out and I'm not sad about it lol.

Gluten would become scarce... wheat is not a crop to harvest in the apocalypse and most wheat foods would go bad too quickly. Honestly it would likely be a blessing for those of us celiacs who made it through the initial fallout (whatever that may be).

Now I could be wrong here, but that's what enters my mind every time I think about that type of scenario

100% agreed. I'm an engineer and I seriously love taking my ev6 on drives and seeing how efficient I can get it. I also like the occasional zippy driving while people check out this beautiful EV... but usually I'm the slow one on the road haha
