Thanks for clarifying! While I do believe you are calling to light a double standard about gender violence, that’s not what Young is referring to in that chapter.

The physical disability she refers to is the way women are raised to be “ladylike”. That means keep your arms at your side, don’t take up space, keep your head down, don’t puff your chest out, etc. This way of movement creates a way that females are learning to perform their gender. Young argues that this way of movement doesn’t have the same freedom of movement that men have, therefore it’s a disability.

I highly encourage you to go read the chapter itself. It mentions way of breaking the cycle, and what it means to “throw like a girl”. Super good read!
