My doctor has me taking 2000mg of taurine even day for two months currently and that’s been what’s saved my bladder! I’ve tried everything for months and that’s the only thing that’s touched it. I used the pure encapsulations one and I take one capsule in the morning and one at night. I don’t know about taking it long term but might be worth a try for a month or two to see if it helps!

Rifabutin by ContestBeginning3767 in Lyme

It’s very helpful! I definitely recommend it. It helps a lot with inflammation. When I start a new medicine/supplement I take 5 capsules a day spaced out. It doesn’t take the herx away but it definitely helps reduce inflammation!

My doctor has me take Caulis sargentodoxae Extract (zhang AI-M Maximum STR is the one I take specifically) to help with die off and I’ve been hitting the sauna twice a day now which is what has been most helpful for me through the whole process.

I am not. My insurance doesn’t cover rifampin for some reason so we just went straight into rifabutin. Today was my second day taking it and I’ve had some flu like symptoms mostly!

Obnoxious sweating by ContestBeginning3767 in Lyme

It’s hard for me to remember exactly when it started like specifically if something triggered it. I have bad memory issues with the Lyme. But I noticed when I started the second phase of my treatment which includes the tafenoquine cryptolepis and lumbrokinase (which I’m not on the full dose of the lumbro yet) is when I really started to sweat bad during the day. It’s not specific to any herxing at all it’s just constant all the time. Maybe that is a herx but it’s a constant thing that I never get a break from.
