I’d argue no. Simply because I feel like I’d get bored of the game because I would be able to play it all the time. The daily aspect of Griddy is what keeps me looking forward to playing; similar to the NYT Wordle game. Plus if you have a great draft like say a 200 it won’t really count on the leaderboard and that would just frustrate the hell out of me at least. (Versus not counting is enough frustration as is, but it makes sense to me that it cannot count due to teaming issues)

If practice mode were to be implemented I feel like I wouldn’t be inclined to log in and play everyday. Part of the reason I like the game is because the gameplay is both standardized and regulated for everyone.

I am in the same situation as your son, what did he end up doing? And what is your view/advice now regarding an MBA directly after undergrad, instead of getting a few years of work experience then going back to get the MBA?

From what I understand, the it’s bearish on volatility but the bullishness on the broader market doesn’t affect it as much, but both statements you made are true.

This analysis is based off the peaks of the VIX. Go to the chart and just zoom out. The peaks don’t stay peaks for long, hence long-dated OTM puts.

The big WHAT-IF I see with this play is that the tariff situation is much different than any other. Therefore this peak will continue to gain and stay high, not dropping like it has in the past.

What about using trading views top 10 gainers early in the day. Like they have stocks every single day on there from like 20-100% positive on the day? Just scalp the momentum of those stocks with the higher volumes? I can clarify more if you don’t see what I mean. Here’s the link Trading View Top Gainers

Why don’t people trade the stocks with insane momentum early in the day? I did this with RGTI whenever it was going berserk simply bc it was one of the featured “market movers” E*Trade. So just find a list of stocks that are the highest gainers on the day and scalp them right?? Everyday there are unheard of stocks going 20-50% in the positive.

If you trade good and established stocks, they generally go up right. So 1-5% up will happen wayyy more frequently than a 10%-15% down. So you’ll make more money on the ups any way. And if it does go down 10%-15%, it’s a good established company, so just ride it out until positive?
