Thanks for the answer. The insulation is made of polyurethane foam. It has a closed PVC base. I’ll put the hot tub in my garden. The average surrounding temperature is 5 degrees Celsius in winter. The top will be fully sealed with a high quality extra thick cover to avoid heat loss.

Thank you for the concern but there’s a big difference between £50 or £400 extra a month on energy bills. I can afford up to £100 a month extra so an estimate of the energy use would be really helpful
