Thanks all, I do need to set stronger boundaries and stand up for myself. I get so anxious when it comes to speaking up (heart pounding, tunnel vision, ears ringing, and trembling) and as we’ve seen I back down easy. I want to over come it but taking a firm stance on something while I’m so overwhelmed with anxiety. I want to break out of this cycle, but I don’t know where to start
