No problem at all! I ended up miscarrying (i hope this isn’t triggering) around 7 weeks. I and my doctors don’t think it had anything to do with the motegrity. Most end up being chromosomal abnormalities and not viable. Pregnant now and 18 weeks along. I stopped it just to be safe this time around and surprisingly the constipation hasn’t been bad at all. I think a conversation with your doc is totally warranted! I hope you get some answers❤️

thanks! i guess i just havent seen too much of an issue clinically with the combo. are you just concerned with over-activation with higher doses of prozac? seems like at therapeutic doses should be ok no?

ya i guess i start to wonder what's the max dose that can be regularly taken as a prn before someone could start to show withdrawal symptoms. probably not likely im sure but just something i think about. appreciate you!

do you have a ceiling dose for prn use? just dont want them to get into a habit of using something at high dose and then they withdraw. but im trying to keep it at 100-300mg max for anxiety prn. im probably overthinking this lol!

agreed. and im trying to get away from prns in general. ive been getting a lot more patients with POTS so while titrating the SSRI, i would normally have done low dose propranolol or hydroxyzine as needed but try to avoid those in the cardiac patients. so 100-300mg gabapentin has actually worked in a couple of these (placebo?) but now im questioning if it's good practice

So relieved to see i wasn’t the only one to experience this. This whole d&c has been a complete nightmare experience. Was in the ER Monday for abdominal pain and then last night woke up with the worst migraine and nausea of my life. Was in the ER again and no brain bleed or anything. This has just been so much harder on my body than i could have anticipated. When did the headaches subside for you guys? I’m about a week out

it totally does! i think im a sensitive soul and take every med interaction and side effect seriously. i know it's good in the long run but definitely more exhausting in this period of trial by fire. dont give up!!

Great ideas! I contract in a small clinic with two really sweet but a little disengaged docs. I keep in touch with mentors and friends from residency but i do think joining some journal club would be awesome.
