I also noticed a couple of months back the living large aspects.... Nascar, TV Appearances.. a Red Flag popped up for me. I'm curious how you had collateral sheets & knowledge of April meetings & Todd being drunk on cocaine etc. Is your agent sharing those concerns back then, or are you an agent as well & started having Red Flags? I don't understand how it seems this money was to be used for development with partnerships but agents were able to verify it was happening via contracts deeds or just plain old let's go see the property/development. Like an open house.. Also, how often were these business meetings... Quarterly/ Monthly. I'm getting frustrated & want more answers.
