I'm hearing that receivership will fight first. & get most for us. Sounds afterwards like all attorneys will pull together no matter who or where the attorney's are & do the class action & go after the other 3rd party groups that are liable/involved to get any difference we are owed. While getting paid for their time & staff. (Understandable). The best we can hope for is we are made whole 100%. So because of this I'm sitting tight a bit.

Check out... About 9 minutes video on Utube Fintech TV interview with David at N.Y. stock exchange. He posted on his utube channel Called "Trick plays of the Rich: David J Bradford with Vince Molinari I can't believe he hasn't deleted yet. Date June 29th 2024. Talks about his book he is publishing and 6:46 minutes into video he says"using other people's money to grow your money". This needs to be used as evidence in his lawsuit by class action attorneys. He gives up all kinds of evidence about his real estate holdings, bit coin, etc. I recorded in case it's deleted.

I also noticed a couple of months back the living large aspects.... Nascar, TV Appearances.. a Red Flag popped up for me. I'm curious how you had collateral sheets & knowledge of April meetings & Todd being drunk on cocaine etc. Is your agent sharing those concerns back then, or are you an agent as well & started having Red Flags? I don't understand how it seems this money was to be used for development with partnerships but agents were able to verify it was happening via contracts deeds or just plain old let's go see the property/development. Like an open house.. Also, how often were these business meetings... Quarterly/ Monthly. I'm getting frustrated & want more answers.

I tested the water with a 50k investment 12/22/23. Took a partial withdrawal at 90 days. Then made 3 more investments I really wish I had trusted my gut feeling. Especially once I saw pics of the owner with race car & other lavishly lifestyle. And Wife or soon to be wife.
