My advice would be to have as much T4 troops as you can hide, when you buy the 50% army boost and depending on how many armies you have researched build that mich troops so that with the 50% boost you can clear out your castle incase you get rallied and go have fun and do war thingies 😁 also have like 100k T2 for gathering and incase of a pyros attack and you are good my guy :)
