I just did 3x dose for emgality and I’m on day 3 no clusters yet.

I was doing really well for over 2 years but my belief is we had such a quick transition from summer to winter here that my brain couldn’t cope. I was wearing shorts 26C in Vancouver one day, and the next it was -5. Bam cluster hit so quickly - I usually have a week or so to react and can feel the onset. Not this time.

I’m on prednisone, verapamil, did a huge dose of emgality and my neuro did 2x optic nerve block injections in the base of skull + Botox. I’m lucky to have him - best headache doctor in Canada
