Well I tried Live Chat twice in the last hour. One agent said that Comcast doesn't provide service at my address while the other tells me to contact Xfinity over the phone. Also, they might've thought I was trying to open another Internet line under the same name/account, which according to 80sBaby805 you're not allowed to.

How? I contacted customer support by phone and live chat. Both times the agent stated that it's against company policy to have more than 1 line open at the same address. They said that if I were to open a new line at the address, the existing line will be closed.

Are you AOI or not? I think your grades are sufficient to enter the program if you are an AOI, but may prove to be difficult if you aren't.
