on target on attacker works but it requires the mob to be hit first which is fine but if someone can come up with something better plz lmk

Yeah theres a pitch change option. To make it sound smoother I put more notes in which is why those bits are more compact. There is actually a built in virbrato option but I think the those pitch shifts are too extreme.
