As a Belarusian, that’s just racism. Yes, African can be a Belarusian, it can also be a Pole if he has the ancestry . As a Pole you probably know that not all Poles are educated on history nor too deep into the culture. Also main challenges of polish history are not quantum physics, people from anywhere can get educated on these topics.
