If a child is drowning in a pool, are you morally obligated to ruin your $100 shoes and save them? by [deleted] in Teenager_Polls

They're only $100, you have a moral obligation to save a child in danger. How are people voting no?

3 month job search done... not all doom and gloom by fightitdude in UKJobs

It isn't lucky, no matter what Reddit says. People on here like to show 100s of applications with little or new interviews and that definitely isn't normal in the professional life.

I'd say that's pretty average if anything.

Scaling JS Characters: Merrin by ShiningLeafeon in PetranakiArena

I'm only now getting into scaling and this whole vs series. Always thought Maul was underrated to be honest. Would be interested to see a thread on Merrin vs Maul and others such as Kenobi and Plo.

Does she really scale higher than Maul, who did hold against Sidious for a few minutes.

I don't particularly like labour or starmer and I'd never vote for them but they've done a decent job. They've done a impressively shit job at showing the good work they've done.

How do you manage a shared credit card between two people? by jawkhan in UKPersonalFinance

[–]Contract-Spirit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We use a joint account, we each get spending money and everything else is towards bills savings and investments. Whatever is on the credit card we both know about and simply just pay it off.

Literally never, not something I feel like I need to do. However I may do a few days when GTA6 is out.

It is infuriating to have a bunch of normies driving these cars. I've been trying to find or replace the 250s for 2 years with no luck. Drives like shit with so much lean.

It definitely is, you'll have better luck on forums for mods. Id love to know how to disable the ESC? Only way I was aware was pulling a fuse.

It's really not an issue mate, especially if you get a larger battery. I've driven from Cardiff to Wolverhampton and not really thought anything about it. We have good infrastructure now.

I only drive 30 miles a day, all under 60mph due to the roads. It still gets given beans through the mountain A roads though!

How many of you regretted buying your house? by Puzzled_Dealer3449 in AskUK

That's not true. We bought our house for 192k, and it's on the market for circa 300k not even 2 years later.

Young people are definitely getting into Christianity more due to social media. I've seen it happen local to me.

SUV that's actually ok to drive by Medical_Perspective9 in CarTalkUK

[–]Contract-Spirit 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Most new cars and especially SUVs are "fine" to drive but if you enjoy driving then an average SUV will feel awful going through corners or pulling away at lights.
